Hello,
My name is Íse (e-say) and welcome to my blog which blends experience, science, personal development, and spiritual inquiry, driven by the study of how humans and energy interact.
I have always been fascinated with human and energy behaviour, and with an almost twenty year career in creating events, I now focus on creating safety at events and other crowded spaces, as well as supporting those who deliver these events. My own experience of burnout coupled with growing up in a spiritual household has inspired me to share what I have learned to build resilience, self empowerment and live the life I was designed to live, in order to help others find joy and strength in theirs.
This blog serves as an anchor for exploring safety from dual perspectives: the external world of events and crowd safety, and the internal realms of neurophysiology, behaviour, and the human condition. By approaching this subject from both angles, I aim to deepen my understanding of human nature and explore how we can cultivate safety within ourselves while ensuring safety in gatherings. My writing includes language from Human Design, Tibetan Buddhism, Native American Ehama, Pilates, Psychology, Neuroscience and Biology.
